Hi Lee - yeah - taking head off now...... makes sense I know.... so few days ago changed rocker and gasket and while there had the belt off to bufty the cam pulleys- when I timed it up again and started it - noticed the belt was scoring on the outer edge of the tensioner pulley, when checked from above saw it was out of alignment... so slacked it off to re do and then found wobbly tensioner pulley .. stud in head was loose as threaded tried loctite on it overnight but next day when I started it it loosened off itself so no good...so sometime previously the bolt has been overtightened and turned the stud on itself in the head.. was gonna take it out to test drive and glad i didnt now...
