zvh mate. Much cheaper to build on your own. Ive built quite a few now and had no problems with them what so ever, hand on heart!!!!! Built the zetec turbo a couple of times, a lot of money and a lot of aggro. From my experience the zvh pulls and performs much better. And i use something a lot of people dont agree with, a very well made decompression plate. Spec of my engine, mk1 mondeo bottom end, shot pinned rods arp bolts, standard pistons, over the top ported and polished head plus inlet manifold piper cam modified by race power motor sport, stage 3 t3, big intercooler and still running mfi system with a 250 break ECU. Had it on race powers rollers and set up at a bar and made 240 and matching torque. AP clutch and standard gearbox. Engine been running for well over 15 months with abuse on track days.
