1. Regarding text effects. Is it possible to 'Justify' the text alignment (I think thats what it's called, when you make a line of text fit within a set space, but without distorting the actual letters)?? I have 3 words on 3 separate lines, each in its own layer, but I want then to be the same overall length!!

2. Within an image, I want to create a rectangular area, which is faded down, but with a coloured pin stripe border. So, I have cut the shape, copied it, deleted it from the original layer, then pasted it over the top on a new layer. This then allows me to alter the opacity of the new layer, giving the effect I want. However, if I use the 'stroke' option on that layer to give the outline, that is also affected by the opacity adjustment. I want the outline to be at full colour (100%), but that actual layer to be at 30-40%
