in my opinion escort cosworths are way to expensive and over priced i cant understand why a car of this age still fetches so much money its ridiculous i know there an iconic car and was way ahead of its time but its nothing more than a sierra cosworth with basicly a mk5 escort shell on top when u look at sierra saphires there arnd the 5k mark but escorts are 3times as much its outragious and i dont mean to offend any escos owners by this im sure the people who own them wouldn`t object to there cars being cheaper when they bought them but obviously those that do have them will want as much as possible for theres all im saying is i cant believe there priced the way they are?
They are not over-priced
, it is a simple case of supply and demand, bearing in mind there are prob only circa 5000 left if that, look at the price of Mk1 RS Escorts, Mk2 Rs Escorts etc, the price of good RS cars will only be going one way for a while, and it's not down! Just look how RS 500's have rocketed the last few years. Now is the time to buy if you want an Escos as they are in a minor slump IMHO
