Really? I know lag would be huge on a small capacity but high reving engine with a big turbo. But as long as the head can flow enough, I thought you could go as big as you wanted?

I am VERY stupid though so this could just be bollox! but think of the little 1.5 litre F1 engines... they had monster turbos didn't they?
