Its just on the one PC... from the outcome of the last post, like myself many others were with VIRGIN for broadband who also experienced the same problem. It was suggested that Stu or IB were going to look into it, but unfortunately as of yet not heard any feedback as yet. Only been a few months so was going to wait a little longer.

It just annoys me that people pay money to use this and they experience problems... and to solve the problem, the thread(s) get moved to a room that hardly anyone uses.

Feel free to move or delete this Stu as obvioulsy "disconnecting" is not life threatening to me, but just wanted to express my frustration (as I am sure others do but are to shy lol)

If IB could look into it an report with some feedback... happy days
