some shops DO charge you more if you pay by credit card, i do a small amount on ebay but dont accept paypal, i begrudge paying their rippoff percentage, by using my own terminal i saved 4K on this financial year alone. also paypal is not 100% secure, i have heard loads of stories where people have had money taken back from their account because the punters credit card was found to be dodgy.

pps if i state i am using my own pdq terminal then i am entitled (under ebay rules) to add a percentage to the final price if i so chose, i dont do this because its cheaper for me not to use paypal in the first place.
