My car is running an injection pinto but it will not tick over unlesss I unplug the idle control valve and screw in the throttle stop, it will not rev over 4500 rpm either. I have tried 4/5 different idle control valves.
I have changed every sensor, ignition module and ECU, fuel pump and the fuel pressure regulator.

Can anyone help me?
