piece of piss mate, slide the sunroof completely back and undo all the bolts/screws you see when looking from above. then fully wind the sunroof into the tilt position and carefully lift it from the front. when clear of the roof slowly slide the complete sunroof and mechanism out of the roof towards the front of your car.

good idea to have a person each side when removing, maybe even a blanket or two to protect ya paintwork.

refitting is the reverse of the above.
