I'd probably go with an IC myself. The general opinion on charge coolers seems to be if you use them for short blasts only they are very good, but for prolonged use they fall down as the coolant with the chargecooler cant cool down quick enough, so you need to stop thrashing the car for a bit.

You could also strap a big fan to the IC and also water spray for a bit of extra cooling effect.
