you would not get under a 1meg upload speed with unlocked firmware?. Nobody in their right mind would unless you like games which lag, as such your firmware is not unlocked - If it is state what firmware its running, you can discover this by login into the router
You simply have a publicly available 20meg feed at the very most, the contention ratio is correct for that.. its not unlocked or unrestricted.
