I signed up to paypal when you could legally charge for it, I understand the shop scenario BUT................. am i a shop??

I am a private seller and if i sell something for £500 then i want £500 not £500 -4%, i very rarely use paypal now because of all the arguments that are caused by it , but look how many are still charging to use it id say its over 25% of auctions
