he said that he did not have access to a comp since the 23rd but he sent me a pm on the 27th dec and was posting on the 3rd of jan
I had sent him several pm's asking about the refund and never got a responce even though he was viewing his pm's
so he was definitely ignoring me
the fact is it took him 10 days, dispute opened with paypal and a post on here to get some of my money back
