Default Confusing Computers!

O.k i'm not very good with computers but i think mine is a bit broke, well something is! It all works fine when i'm doing non internet related things but when i come to the internet it plays up.
I'll try and explain the best i can. I can view plenty of sites but i reckon about 40% wont load. For example (and it's the same all the time) i can view this site xrtwo.com, rsoc, yahoo and yahoo messanger but it wont let me view ebay, fiestaturbo, msn and msn messanger. So like i said this is just a few but if i started searching plenty would load but plenty wouldn't
Oh and when it wont load it just comes up with the usual
