It breaks down over 3 years bud. Its actually legal to buy as its not classed as an Anabolic Steroid. Its basically an oil that fills the muscle of choice. A few guys in the gym have used it on and off and if used in moderation (vey small dose) will add' half an inch to the bicep in 18-21 days. You can add 1" on the bicep over the same period of time but just using more. Trouble is so many blokes think 'reached the 17 or 18" bicep with Synthol so will carry on to say 20 or bigger, they then look terrible as the pics above show as the entire arm will swell to hold the oil.

After 3 years the muscle with the Synthol in will return to its normal size. I have been speaking a load of blokes that have been using it. Just been told to use very small amount over 21 days. Biceps and calves are getting done so will take before and after pics of these.
