Henri,The only way to determine if rod bolts are re-usable is to measure eachof the bolts free standing length before it is ever installed. Using achart like the one found on page 28 of our catalog you would need tokeep track of each rod bolts original length and its location in theengine. When you tear the engine down for maintenance again measure each rodbolts length-being careful to keep everything in the proper order so youcan compare the exact bolt to its original length. If any of the boltshave taken a permanent set and have stretched by .001" or more it wouldneed to be replaced. If you did not measure the bolts prior to their installation I wouldsuggest replacing them. It is likely they could be stretched and wouldneed to be replaced.Regards,Zac
