yes they are stretch bolts, as you have to measure the increase in length if done correctly...

i over did a set in mine by reading the wrong line of the bit of paper that came with the bolts and mine suffered none elstic deformation BADLY when over torqued by about twice the setting!

i would for the sake of the cost of the bolts or the cost of a bottom end buy a new set of bolts mate!
