Default ARP conrod bolts over torqued?

Ok guys i think i have a problem

I bought arp conrod bolts for my rst. I build up my engine and fucked up with the torque settings on the conrod bolts. They are way to tight! i have used the search function and they need to be around 35 nm but i have put on more then 80 nm maybe even more and don't dare to try out how far i can go on it, because there wil come a point that i tighten them up when i'm testing out at which torque i set them..

these bolts are expensive as **** so i don't want to buy new ones if not needed. Are they just like normally gone after one time use? can i unbolt them and set them good? do i need to leave it like this or do need to buy new ones?

What do you thinks guys? If i really really have to i will buy new ones because i don't want to fuck up my engine or if it goes really wrong my car...

I hope someone can shad a light on it..
