i had this with my xr2, changed starter, battery, earths and power lead to the starter, and wrapped the starter to protect it from the heat, nothing fixed it, so a zetec went in and its doing it again.

im trying a battery with a higher cranking amps rating, but i cant think of anything that i havnt tried
