As for the Hypnotherapy, there is ALOT more to it than the 'getting put to sleep' kind of Hypnotherapy.
As I said earlier, I was extremely sceptical, like I am with anything that fucks with your mind, but I've been for a proper consultation and I'm won over.
My mums a qualified Hypnotherapist and it does work for a lot more than people realise, smoking is the obvious one but like a lot of things you need to WANT to get off them of you'll go nowhere.
My mum has practised on me, mainly as I had a problem being around large groups of people, paranoia I suppose, this was traced back to my early days of school, I'm a changed person to how I was, although certain things still bother me which we could look into if they bothered me to much.
I've seen her help lots of people though with problems, fear of flying was a good one although I don't ask how she did as its personal informaton from her client.
To be fair to my mum she hasn't done it for a while now as she is a nurse and can only do it in her spare time which currently is non existant, for anyone interested in it though it does work.
Don't go giving money to the first person who claims to be able to do it, there are plenty of wannabees, the training is very long and most people bail out the min they have a rough idea what their doing which sadly isn't enough to to do it properly.
IIRC It was a Open university course my mum orignally started years ago, quite amazing what you can learn in your spare time !
