toooooo true you have to want to but , but with me i want to stop drinking as it was killing me with the amount i was drinking and it would have ended my marrage but like so many things alcohol is some times stronger than your want to stop, as said above i would not be alive today if i hadnt gone to hypnotherpy and even after over 7 yrs i still ring my hypnotherpist up now n then to say hi and give him an update which he likes, even used my case as part of his lectures as i was such a sucsess
