Ah, Back to the drawing board then

Well, 10k rpm would be fun, but too much work I gather, I thought 8k would be reasonable yet still fun, obviously If I had Camshafts and Management to suit.

As for the 350bhp on standard internals, I have been told various times (not saying its right though) I am not to know as I have no experience of Tuning the Zetec E Engine, hence the questions. Perhaps 'know' was a bad choice in word.

Same goes for the IB5 and 150bhp 'Limit'....as I have read and heard, again, not arguing, just stating its what Ive learnt.

The intended project is not a Puma, Its a mk4 Fiesta, however the mk4/5 Fiestas and The Puma share the same Chassis Design underneath and share many component parts

What I 'think' it may take to work the conversion:

Zetec E engine
Custom exhaust manifold
Possibly a Custom Inlet Manifold
Custom Engine mount
Uprated Drivetrain (inc clutch)
Suitable ECU
Custom wiring loom
Uprated/Suitable fuel Pump

Just a Very Basic Idea. Yes I know it will be wise to upgrade to Better Brakes and Suspension aswell

I'm just trying to get an idea of the work involved and would like to now any 'hidden' work that might need undertaking
