yes mate got it started, last night i turned the idle mix screw to lean it up a bit but it was flooded so wouldnt start... it started this morning on the first turn of the key and starts every time now... its running on 3 cylinders but i know that is because number 1 ht lead connector is knackered so ill replace that tomorrow.
Noise is coming from head and it sounds like a diesel engine so i think that is the lifters, and the blue smoke is still there so im going to do the stem seals while im there.
You reckon my fault diagnosis on noise and smoke is right? Im so glad it starts now! As for the rolling road, i cant get on one till after christmas so ill just turn the boost way down and take it easy wherever i go... i dont need to drive much this christmas and the furthest journey will be to the rollers!
