So it was bench pressing then?

I asked because I was pretty much going to reply as above but didn't wish to shoot off without knowing for sure. Even @ 50 Kgs I think your far too soon into training to be taking juice. You have much more natural development to be made yet imho. But its your body and your choice, just make sure your PCT is sorted.
