i had four out, 2 top and 2 bottom, frontish ones next to fangs.

all i got was an injection in the gums and i tell u what it was madness! i could feel the teeth cracking as she literaly wrenched them out with some massive plyers! Im not joking either it was awful.

what made it worse was the 2 bottom teeth i had out were hooked around my jaw, it took her ages to wrench them out!

not painfull at all but pretty wierd experience and the blood afterwards was mental.
