If you look at the Camera footage his Mother is no-where to be seen. This is just my opinion, but I feel in a busy shopping Centre my kid would not wander at all. I just don't understand how a School boy can wander off with your Child? I do agree this is nothing in the Grand scheme of what happened, but it's how I feel. He was Two, remember.
