Service manager says 'dont fuck around with it, go to parts and book one to a sales/pitch car'...techy goes to parts...techy comes back from parts looking pale and tells service manager the price...service manager swears 'for fucks sake, i'll have to tell this here Mr Fells now cos sales will notice that price on one of their pdi invoices!'......this is where you came in.
