if you don't have a claim you shouldn't have to stump up ANOTHER years premium to make sure that nothing happens

but when you DO have a fault accident, the premium should go up proportionaly to the claim that was made

just look at al these peole who drive about with no insurance because they can't afford £1000 a year to pay for it, forking out once would solve it all and you'd be more likely to be covered than not
