Why does it get so hard to remove is there some form of seal which could get damaged on removal and would require replacement prior to re-installation?

tabetha, am I correct to set the base idle speed with the ISCV loom disconnected and adjusting the small screw found at the lowest in the throttle body? 850 rpm ok?
