This Awesome Historic Special Saloon Ford Anglia gets 600bhp from an all steel 7litre V8 and 640Ibs of Torque.
Now that the HMSA Historic Modsports and Saloon Association have changed their rules to allow ANY Engine and Gearbox to be used in eligible HMSA Historic Race Cars the owners of this car decided to shoehorn an American V8 into the Anglias space frame.
Bloody Hell does it go or what,while at Goodwood testing it was leaving rubber on the Tarmac at every gear change.
The owners reckon to get more power later in the year when they change the Carbs to Fuel Injection.
