I had the same problem with them

and then when I got a cheaper quote from Flux went back to Greenlight andI was told thats the best they can do.
Then after a lengthy call with Neil (IIRC) after a previous post on here about the service he said I should call back at renewal time, I did and I had the same response.
Shame really I had 7 years with them and my brother had 5 and then it all went wrong.
