R u sure its timed up right? mine was timed up to the eye LOOKED right but it MUST of been 1 tooth out and it sounded like the cam followers were knackered once I took the belt off again and timed it up spot on AND there were a few good mechanic that said it was the followers.worth another look maybe. DO TAKE into account the head may be skimmed so may make the timing marks on head very slightly out.
