i use carbon in my tank and touch would i have never had any real trouble ,another tip for people if they get white spot is to mix the fish food with garlic ....i know sounds crazy but it works lol,here s a pic of my tank ignore the date i just took the pic .
i keep mostly cichlids they have so much personality to them .
