Mines solid mounted & to be sure i double sound proofed the boot floor & into the cabin, aint noticed any extra noise & any noise is to much for me i dont believe some of the noise you lads put up with when driving, if I wanted that pleasure I would buy a tin bath get under it & get someone to hit it with a hammer, its an age thing I suppose.
