with all due respect but he was not wearing a seat belt,the only compensation he should get is the pain from his arm reminding him not to be so stupid and buckle up at all times,his mate who was driving is responsible for everyone wearing them so its his mate that gets the points/fines.

if questioned in court ''was everyone wearing a seatbelt?'' which is very likely and everyone answers ''yes i was'' including your boyfriend then thats purjury which is a jailable offence..then how would you cope if he's found out?

even with a bust arm,his company would put him on light duties and he'd still bring in a wage ....so what would you like...a boyfriend in jail for purjury + fines,a criminal record(try getting a job with that round ya neck) and no money or a boyfriend on light duties,bringing a wage in and sleeping with you in your bed at night?
