FAO anyone using a solid diff mount, how do you find them, in terms of vibration and noise, do you notice any other effects ?
I have been running one for 3 weeks now, a shore 90 one so very solid poly as well, have not noticed any virabtion, but quite a bit of noise, diff whine being transmitted through etc.
The biggest difference though is the car is not at all upset when hitting bumps/ridges when going straight or round corners, and not a trace of rear wheel steer now, it also rolls a hell of a lot less, I do not have my roll bar on at mo as it won't go round the one I have, the new solid mounts due out end jan/feb time will be a different design to accomdate the std roll bar.
I am having a custom made roll bar in EN16T but he's busy till end jan time.
How have other people found them, does anyone use these with solid beam mounts as well, how do they compare please.
