I've had 4 whiplash claims from being rear ended 5 times in 9 years, including one by a plod car.
I am of the opinion if there is a fault it should be apprtioned to the person responsible.
I hear people who say "that's what puts our premiums up", but has anyone ever got a refund when the insurer did well with less claims, don't all rush to put your hands up!!
