The problem with insurance is 9 out of 10 times it comes down to people honesty and 9 out of 10 times they will do not admit liability even if it is blatently there fault, plus most people dont think it was there fault so wont admit liability cause they genuinly believe they did fuck all wrong when they did
Also most of the insurance companys are linked some way or another and are quite happy to go 50/50, biggest foookin con ever.
