zetec bottom end, cvh head with all turbo bits, manifold, inlet etc etc.

You need to do a few things to the zetec block to make it worthy, nothing major if you are on a budget but a lot of people on here will recommend forged pistons and rods but they arent really needed unless you want to run any more than 280 hp.
