Default Ford Thundersaloons allowed ANY engine at HMSA Historic Modsports and Saloon events.
This is great news that the HMSA Historic Modsports and Saloon Association are now to allow all eligible race cars,Modsports,Special Saloons and Thundersaloons to use any Engine and Gearbox of their choice,Historic or Modern Types such as the Cosworth,Vauxhall and Duratec units.

So now we are able to retain our All Steel Vauxhall unit in our Special Saloon Mk2 Ford Escort instead of trying to locate an expensive Historic unit.
