mate you DO understand hpw the hiab lifts a car dont you ?

the wheels cant turn due to the car being LIFTED by them, cant rotate a wheel when they tryes are locked with friction, front wheels also are able to free wheel,,,, its OBVIOUS that its been lifted and the balance aint been set right,,, the arm moves alot to centre the weight due to cars not all having 50/50 weight, its gone too and and lost it to physics, its nothing to do with a hand brake being applied and wheels turning

watch one of em in action and see just how much adjustment there is with em
