If your compression is at that sort of level, its about the same as most modern turbo engines anyway.

Id have thought 12psi on 98 ron would be a breeze.


Ways to lower CR though:
Low comp pistons
Thicker head gasket
Open the combustion chamber up a bit more (often possible on 2v engines)
