Friend at work just emailed me with this:

Well I don’t know what the film is called or the actor!!! I have a feeling it is rick or eric something. You don’t see him around a lot anymore but he is short skinny and funny!

Was in a film years ago, where he was a criminal/robber and he had a little daughter who didn’t speak right until the end of the film…

Any ideas?>
