i didnt realise it would be queit as confussing!! i feel like a right spanner

managed to upload the pic, i then copy the txt in one of the boxes to the left of the image (forum 'box') then when i click insert image on the thread box, the little box then comes up and i paste it?????? am i being an idiot??
