In Porsche sense are the MAF's all the same throughout the range (ie - would a MAF for my Boxster S be the same as a 2.5 Boxster or Cayenne etc??)

Mine seems to have a couple of minor flatspots at around 3800rpm and 5200rpm (only minor) in certain gears at light throttle so was going to clean / replace the MAF?
