im sorry i no there is alot of threeds about this but im soooooooooooo confused been offered a gear box with all the extreas like shafts cables ect but ive heard that the cable change box is no good for me?? its going in to a 2.1 zetec turbo mk2 fiesta what do i do about the clutch and fly wheel?

please help?
