Normally I would buy Bilstein B8 and everything would be good ... but they are not avariable for this car.

Now I lookd a little bit around and found a nice coilover from D2 (should be the same like K-Sport in USA). Price is hot ... but how is the quality and how it drives? What about corrosion in the winter (alu parts)?

2nd option is the KW v3 coilover for the Cougar (should fit in the Mondeo too - hope so). Price is a lot higher, but I get german TÜV documents for it ... so it's easyer to get it road legal. Stainless steel is also good to use it in the winter.

I take this car for everyday summer and winter. Comfort is not a big point for me ... I love the Go-Kart-Feeling. But I don't want it just hard ... I want it fast! ;-P

Has someone a hint for the spring rates / shock adjustment to start with? The car is stock inside and has no amps / subs etc.

Or any other suggestions?
