As someone from an engineering background and seeing some of the components used to build these cars I shudder at the thought of what death traps some of these cars are (6" wheel spacers..............arghhhhh). It's embarrassing to think that this show might be seen in countries like the USA where they do things properly "America Hotrod with Boyd Coddington, and the likes of Chip Foose".........and we come up with the crap shown in "Chop Shop".

What we need is something along the lines of the Boyd Coddington, Chip Foose programmes.

At the moment, we give the impression that were just a load of Bodgers here in the UK. It's embarrassing.
