If you take them to any good engine place they should be able to do the work if you give them the specs. They normally are at the same angle as the valves and the same diameter, the depth is dependant on cam selection, you need to have a minumum piston to valve clearance of around 1mm (40thou) when fully open to be safe on engine where the valve are vertical so you will need a greater clearance due to the valves being angled
