no difference at all mate really except ones rubber and ones cork People say the rubber one is better at sealing but as long as you put a line of silicone sealer on both sides before fitting it the cork one will work just as well

Tip, if you get a cork one, get it from ford as there ones have little metal inserts in them to stop you over tightening and breaking the gasket.
